Chuck Fazio has been in real estate since 1999 and Angela since 2001. They have been partners since 2001 and opened their brokerage at the end of 2005. They are passionate about embracing a servant leadership style in the way they run their business. Chuck is a talented and accomplished marketer, Angela serves as the Designated Broker and they both take an active role in the training and mentorship of their agents. Revelation Real Estate has been the number one single office in production in the entire East Valley for many years and they rank in the top 10 single office brokerages in the nation, according to the Wall Street Journal. They have six children ranging in ages from 6 to 25 years old. Chuck and Angela love each other and the Lord Jesus.

As Managing Broker of Revelation Real Estate, I strive to serve our agents by providing world class customer service experience while minimizing risk for our agents and their clients. Additionally, I strive to serve the broker team by modeling participative leadership principles. The broker team includes multiple reviewing brokers, a business development broker, an administrative broker and multiple associate brokers.
As Director of Education, I shape curricula, initiate educational activities and direct and oversee the instructional process for Chandler Real Estate Training Center and The Forum. Edutainment is one of my many passions, and this aspect of my service at Revelation and The Forum feeds my soul.
My big WHY – transparency, truth, helping others live up to their highest potential and sliding into home plate hearing these words from my Lord - “Well done, you left nothing on your plate”.

Will started as full-time real estate agent in 2004 and in 2010 completed the requirements to become an Arizona Broker. He has had the opportunity to grow professionally within the industry, holding positions as Designated Broker, Agent Mentor, Trainer, and CE Instructor. Currently a staff Broker of Revelation Real Estate and the Director of Business Development. Assisting agents with contractual questions, facilitating agentmastermind groups, CE and general real estate topic instructor, and agent mentoring.
Will is fortunate to have an incredible family, including a marriage of more than 20 amazing years to his beautiful bride who has recently joined the real estate industry, and 3 wonderful children. He is blessed beyond expression and looks forward to serving this industry for many years to come.
Michael having grown up in the Midwest, moved to the Phoenix East Valley in 1996. He got into real estate shortly after buying his first home in Mesa in 1998. Along with selling, managing and developing properties he acquired his Brokers license to help grow and manage a local brokerage. Currently a Support Broker for Revelation Real Estate supporting our huge team of over 800+ professional agents. Michael previously managed and ran two large East Valley offices both with over 350 agents. He has overseen and managed over 2 Billion is residential sales with a track record of solving the many difficult situations agents find themselves in. Michael still actively sells but is passionate about training and mentoring new agents as well as coaching seasoned agents on growing their business and improving their craft. He specializes in residential sales, with additional knowledge and experience in wholesale, bank owned/short sales, land, property management, multi-family and commercial properties. He's an incredible resource to clients and agents, guiding them to successfully navigate and close transactions. Michael is committed to providing excellent service, with a track record of solving the toughest challenges. His desire to assist and mentor agents is unsurpassed, always motivated to help others, a true giver. He's lived in Gilbert since 2011 with his wife Ashley and three sons.
I was born and raised in New Jersey, I am a Jersey girl and proud of it! I moved with my husband to Arizona back in 1988 and have watched the Southeast Valley grow. Ten years ago, I began running hoping to do a half marathon. I completed my first one at the Phoenix Rock & Roll and haven’t stopped running since. So far, I have run over 41 half marathons and 3 full marathons (working on my fourth with the Marine Corps). I love the feel of hard work and the accomplishment that comes with the training for marathon. I also like to collect the medals…I run for bling! I received my real estate license in 2005 followed by my Broker’s and Mortgage Loan Origination licenses a few years later. When the market crashed in 2006, I transitioned my business to short sale negotiating. In 2013, I joined a local Title Company as an Escrow Officer further rounding out my experience in the Real Estate industry. I worked in this capacity for three years while also remaining active in real estate. In 2016, I decided to go back as a full-time agent in with Revelation Real Estate. By March of 2017 I became one of the reviewing brokers for the company. I still maintain my real estate business and work specifically in the East Valley.
Meet Kristen! She is a go getter that keeps up with her two boys and a busy schedule. She works hard and brings flair to the team. When it’s time to re-charge she likes to spend quality time with the family enjoying the White Mountains and relaxing in their Jackson Lake Hideaway cabin. She let’s others share in the beauty and relaxation by making the cabin available to rent when they aren’t using it. If she can’t get away to the mountain’s Italian food and a good red wine is a great way to unwind. Recruiting amazing new agents, giving them tools for success and helping them get connected with other agents is her job but she makes it look effortless. If that wasn’t enough, she still makes time for passion projects like Hey Mom’s in Business.
Deirdre is part of our amazing Recruiting team. She loves working with agents, getting to know them, and showing them how Revelation can impact their business. Building relationships with our agents and making them part of the Revelation family is the part of her job that truly gives her joy. When not in the office, Deirdre loves being outdoors, hiking, kayaking and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact about Deirdre...she owned her own candle and soap making company for 4 years!
Jennifer provides agent support in the areas of commissions, billing, office programs, tax and year end accounting, technology troubleshooting, and more! She understands the needs of agents and remains accessible and helpful in all of their office needs.
Karen A. Macaluso, a native of New England, has been a full-time real estate practitioner since 1991 and comes from a large family of real estate professionals. Karen has been a resident of the valley for over 25 years. Karen has been married for 7 years and, with her husband Marc and her little dog “Rocco”, lives in a home in Gilbert that she and Marc remodeled. Karen has made a career out of helping other real estate professionals through Transaction Management and Administrative support. She has always been guided by the "Golden Rule" and treating her peers with the respect and professionalism that she personally would expect from others.
I have been in administrative roles my entire working career, starting as a file clerk in high school back in Illinois. I moved to Arizona in 2013 and absolutely love everything Arizona has to offer, especially the amazing sights! It doesn't hurt having so many Chicago restaurants in the valley too... I am a happy-go-lucky mother of 4 children who keep me on my toes. When we're not out exploring all Arizona has to offer, I am planning a trip to visit somewhere new. I joined the Revelation administrative team in June of 2019 and I am loving every minute of it!
Tony was born and raised in Scottsdale Arizona. He began his food and beverage career working for Flemings Steak House as a busser while attending high school. He moved on to serving and bartending at a variety of restaurants and clubs throughout Arizona. In 2010 he started working for a company called Humble Pie.
Tony has held many positions at Humble Pie. He started working as a dining room server and was quickly promoted to assistant manager. Working as assistant manager at Humble Pie quickly developed into his career pursuit. The leadership team were incredibly friendly and truly cared about the staff. The employees and leadership team were uniquely dedicated to providing exceptional service. In 2012, when the Humble Pie started opening more restaurant he was offered a new position as general manager of a new Humble Pie. In 2016, he moved and joined the leadership team as the General Manager of Rock Lobster and became responsible for Food and Beverage operations at Rock Lobster. In 2018, he joined the leadership team at The Forum as the Food and Beverage Manager.
Tony has taken several Wine and Managing Professional courses along his way.He resides in Gilbert with his wife and 2 daughters. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing sports, taking family vacations and trying new restaurants.
I moved to Arizona in June 1998 from Chicago where I grew up. I quickly fell in love with everything about Arizona, especially the weather. I have worked in retail sales, Mortgage Banking, Training and Development for many years. I have been actively practicing real estate since 2014 and started with Revelation in 2016 as an independent agent. I started on staff as a Property Manager in June 2018. I never thought I would be interested in Property Management, but I took the chance and I am grateful that Chuck and Angela also took the chance with me. I absolutely love working in Property Management and being a part of the Revelation staff. It gives me an opportunity to work with and support our amazing agents!
I am a very proud mother of 2 children, Sierra (22) and Jonathan (15). I have a beautiful granddaughter, Avery and somehow ended up with a loving pup named Benji. I made a choice to enjoy life by loving my family, being obedient to the word of God and showing care and compassion for others. Life truly is a wonderful thing.
Happy, outgoing and fun loving….I love my family, my pups, my friends and making people smile. Music fuels my soul, especially anything I can belt out at Karaoke or in my car. I love being near water, being outdoors and enjoying nature. I’m happier in my career than I have ever been and can’t wait to keep loving it as I grow my real estate business.

Our beloved Bex is the keeper of all the details (thank the Lord) and her detail talent is evidenced by her favorite dessert – Honolulu Cookie Company pineapple shaped shortbread cookies (What?!?!?!). However, her favorite food is coffee (anyone else confused?) She is on of your Community Managers. Bex is a master planner and she is the secret sauce behind much of your awesome experience at The Forum. She is also one of our gifted business instructors. It’s important to know that she used to be addicted to learning other languages but don’t worry, she’s now settled on sticking with English. Want to see her jump for joy? Dayl brings 17 years of office/administrative experience and with that, provides excellent customer service with front desk duties and Chandler RETC. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. She is an avid Green Bay Packers fan and a Harry Potter enthusiast.
She is an accomplished Toastmaster that enjoys spending her weekends camping or playing bocce ball at a park. I have lived in the Chandler area my whole life but went to Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff for a few years, GO JACKS! I love helping people in anyway that I can! As a social media professional, content creator, and self-proclaimed coffee addict, Heather’s specialty is delivering comprehensive social media campaigns that turn heads and trigger mouse clicks. Born and raised in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago—and still an avid Cubs fan—Heather received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Chandler residents, Heather and her husband Mike are camping enthusiasts and take their camper up North with their three children at least once a month. Penny Lane, the pit bull, and Isabella, a Pomeranian-Chihuahua, both rescued, round out the family. In her personal time, you can find Heather rooting for her favorite sports teams, hosting game nights, or practicing yoga.
